Luna Sandals

Seven Miles – and just under a mile to go before I set up camp for the night – I ended up hiking a total of 7.76 miles with 730 ft. of elevation gained.

Unexpected ice – there was a lot more ice on the trail than I expected. Hercules Glades – Day One. +1

Hot chocolate and enjoying the view. +1

On the edge – Not the longest drop along the ridge, but the trees help give the picture a more vertigo-inducing look. It’s probably only 60-80 feet.

Camp life – Relaxing in Piney Creek Wilderness – I put my wet shirt and a pair of shorts on for this picture. They came off as soon as I’d taken it. Piney Creek Wilderness – Day Two. 5 pictures

In the woods – It is a nothing picture. You need to be there, listening to the birds, hearing and feeling the breeze, smelling the woodsy smells, and enjoying the warm sunshine on your skin.

New gear testing – Luna Sandals – I’ve had these several months, but this is the first opportunity I’ve had to get out hiking in them.
