Sneeze (365: 33) – In the last few days I’ve been coming down with a cold, and taking these self portraits has become a bit of a pain. This picture is awful, the alternate is slightly better, but this one sums up how I feel. One-minute read, +1

February 6, 2007 – It’s not been a good night. I’ve taken over a hundred pictures and the good picture fairy hasn’t shown up.
Deliberate (365: 31) – Or if you prefer. ‘Red tie at night…’ Re-edit. I typically had one hour to grab and process a picture each day. So many of the shots and much of the processing were hurried. I think the original shot would have worked better if I’d decided to cool down the lighting. +1
Searching for an SP – SP – Self Portrait as they were called in the days before ‘Selfies.’ It wasn’t unusual to take 30-60 pictures in a session just to find one I was happy with. This is one of today’s ‘outtakes.’
Waking Up (365: 29) – In the summer I sleep in the garden. In October I vowed to spend one night a month sleeping out and last night was February’s turn.

February Sunbathing (365: 28) -After a long walk to the shops and back via the in-laws, it was time to sit in the garden and enjoy the sun. It wasn’t long before I decided it was warm enough to disrobe.

Pensive. It’s taking a fair bit of digging to discover why I have this picture. It turned out that I’d planned a 365 days picture — but it went wrong. This was my ‘safety shot.’

Double trouble (365: 13) – My less serious alter ego strikes a blow for more fun in my pictures.
Favourite Colour: Burgundy – If I have to have a favourite colour, then I guess this is currently it. It’s certainly the colour of my fountain pen, and I’ve also used it as an accent colour on a couple of walls in the living room.
January In The Garden (365: 8) – 14 January and warm enough to sit in the garden. 4 pictures
Morning Shower (365: 3) – The camera only has a 10-second self-timer, so I had to take a load of test shots the day before so that I could get the shot right on the day. I have to get to work, so time is tight.
